kud9 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between kud9 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Member"). By using the kud9.cam website, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If a suspicious transaction is detected, kud9 reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

A minimum balance of ৳800 must be available in your account before requesting a withdrawal. To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirement must be met in full. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 100% welcome bonus of ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (bonus + deposit). For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you ৳1,000 in bonus, and you can withdraw after placing a total of ৳50,000 in bets.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
• kud9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

4.3 VIP Program

kud9's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent active gaming. Detailed VIP benefit terms are at the discretion of kud9 and are subject to change.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Operating an account on behalf of an underage person.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed correctly are considered final. If a bet is voided due to a lost internet connection or other technical issue, the data recorded in the kud9 system will be the final reference.

6.2 Game Results

All games on kud9 are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Decisions made by kud9 regarding game results are final and binding.

6.3 Technical Errors

If an error in software or hardware causes an incorrect game result to be displayed, kud9 reserves the right to void the result of that round and refund the wagered amount.

Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure by Member

Any member may at any time request to close their account via live chat or email. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.2 Suspension by kud9

kud9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
